Applications :
This is a combination hardness tester used for measuring hardness of all metals regarding hard of soft and irregular shapes. It is used in laboratories, tool rooms, inspection department, etc.
Calibration :
This machine conforms to British Standard BS 891 Part I & II and IS : 3804 - 1966 for Rockwell test and for Superficial test IS : 5073 - 1969.
Salient Features :
• Rockwell Superficial method is used for checking
hardness of very thin sheets.
• Surface hardness can also be easily checked
• For Rockwell Superficial hardness testing major
loads of 60, 100, 150 kgf are applied with minor
load of 10 kgf
• For Rockwell Superficial hardness testing major
load of 15, 30, 45 kgf are applied with minor load
of 3 kgf
• Motorised version is also available
