Application:
Finish Components like thin sheets, fine wires, etc. watch parts like spring, pivot bearing, gears, cutting edges of razor blades, drills, file teeth, etc. metallic foils, surgical needles, pen points etc.
Study or surface coating like electroplated coatings, extremely thin case hardened parts, anodised castings of aluminium, shot blasting or rolled faces.
Heat treatment effects like tempering of steel, Hardness of visible precipitated particles, hardness of austenitic and martensitic areas, homogenization treatment.
Accuracy & Calibration :
It is very accurate machine having a load accuracy of 1% of nominal load value.
Salient Features :
* Perfectly balanced main lever supported on fine knife edges to render high accuracy even at very small loads.
* A precision diamond identor is used to make sharp indentations.
* X-Y stage can move the job as per requirement.
* Magnification from 125 X to 625 available.
* Test loads from 10, 20, 25, 50, 100 gms by placing weights directly in pan. 200 to 1000 gms in steps on lever hanger of 100 gms.
